Whether it is guilt, regret, painful memories, or unresolved wounds, the past can dominate the present if we allow it. The Bible, however, offers guidance on how to move forward, emphasising the importance of letting go of the past in order to embrace God's plans for the future. Here are biblical principles to help forget the  past and find freedom in Christ. 1. Recognise God's Forgiveness The first step in forgetting the past is acknowledging that God forgives us fully for our mistakes.
