Morning Prayer to Start Your Day with God

 


Heavenly Father,


Thank You for the gift of a new day. As I rise, I invite You into every part of it—my thoughts, my words, my plans, and my heart. Go before me and make the crooked paths straight. Help me walk in step with Your will, not rushing ahead or falling behind.


Fill me with Your peace that calms every anxious thought. Cover me with Your grace when I fall short. Remind me that I don’t face this day alone—You are with me, and that’s enough. Strengthen me, Lord, for whatever this day holds. Give me wisdom in my decisions, grace in my conversations, and patience in moments of frustration. Help me to reflect Your love in all I do. Let my life today be a light that points others to You, even in the small, unseen moments. Remind me that every step I take is ordered by You.


Lord, use me today to reflect Your love and kindness to others. Let my actions bring You glory. Teach me to trust, to let go, and to rest in the truth that You are in control.
