God’s Timing is Perfect



There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” – Ecclesiastes 3:1




Life often feels like a series of waiting rooms. We wait for prayers to be answered, for healing to come, for doors to open, or for storms to pass. In those seasons, we can feel restless, anxious, or even forgotten. But Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us that God is the Master of time. Nothing in our lives is wasted, and no season is without purpose.


The beauty of this verse is its reassurance that God’s timing is intentional. The same God who created the rising and setting of the sun, who ordained the seasons of nature—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—is also orchestrating the seasons of your life. Some seasons bring growth and joy, others pruning and waiting, but each has meaning in His divine plan.


When we go through painful or delayed seasons, it can feel like we are stuck. But remember, winter is not forever—spring always follows. God uses every season to shape us, strengthen us, and draw us closer to Him. Even in silence, He is working. Even in waiting, He is preparing.


So instead of fighting the season you’re in, lean into it. Ask God what He wants you to learn right now. Trust that He has appointed this time for a reason. Just as flowers cannot bloom in winter, some blessings cannot come before their season. Trust the timing of the One who holds eternity in His hands.
