Day 45: A Love Letter from God About Your Purpose


Jeremiah 29:11



My child,


I didn’t place you here by accident. Every gift I gave you, every door I’ve opened and closed, every season that felt like waiting — it’s all been building toward something. You are not a background character in someone else’s story. You are the one I had in mind before the foundations of the world.


I know it doesn’t always feel that way. Some days you look at your life and wonder what any of it is for. You compare your pace to everyone else’s and think you’re falling behind on a race you didn’t even choose to run. But I’m not measuring you against them. I’m not in a hurry the way you are. I see the whole picture — and I promise you, there is one.


The very things you think disqualify you — your past, your weaknesses, the years that felt wasted — I use those too. Nothing is wasted with Me. I take broken pieces and build something whole. I take ordinary people and do extraordinary things through them, not because they were ready, but because they said yes.


So lift your head today. You were made on purpose, for a purpose. What’s ahead of you is not a question mark — it’s a plan, and it’s good, and it’s Mine to unfold in you.

A Prayer for Stepping Into Your Purpose

Father, thank You that my life is not an accident. Help me trust Your timing instead of racing against everyone else’s. Use every part of my story — even the broken parts — for something good. Give me courage to say yes to what You’re calling me toward. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  Reflection on Isaiah 60:22 – Trusting God's Perfect Timing Isaiah 60:22 says,  “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” This verse is a powerful promise about God’s perfect timing. So often in life, we feel anxious and impatient. We pray, we hope, and we work hard, but sometimes it feels like the answers or breakthroughs are delayed.   The Righteous Lack No Good Thing Psalm 34:10 There’s a deep, quiet confidence that comes from reading these words:  “The righteous lack no good thing.”  It’s a simple statement, but it holds a world of meaning about the character of God and the life He calls us to live. At first glance, it may seem hard to believe. Life often feels full of lack — unmet dreams, unanswered prayers, unfulfilled needs.
